Sivitor Smith, Esq, to sell by auction at the above residence on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday next, September 11, 12 and 13, commencing on the first day at half-past two and the remaining day punctually at eleven o’clock: the whole of the excellent and well-made household furniture comprising in nine bed rooms, fine ash and painted suites, mahogany and birch chest of drawers … (Etc.)
