Smith Pinsent and Co., of Birmingham, mentioned the case of Samuel Hollingsworth Agar and John James Agar against the Stratford Rural Sanitary Authority in which an order was claimed. Mr. Winterton said they would not have to trouble his Honour to try the case. He appeared for the plaintiffs, and Mr. Warden for the defendant, and they had already agreed to the terms on which an order should be made by his Honour. … (Judge refused to hear him out as he was not a partner in the firm) …
