THOMAS POUNTNEY CHESSHIRE: DECEASED: Pursuant to the Statute 22 and 23 Vic. cap. 35. NOTICE IS HEBEBY GIVEN that all Persons having any Claims against the Estate of THOMAS POUNTNEY CHESSHIRE late of TIBBINGTON, GREAT MALVERN in the County of Worcester Gentleman (who died on the 6th day of July 1886 and whose Will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice on the 12th day of August 1886 by Anne Chesshire, Barnabas Chesshire and William Massey Gough, the Executors therein named) are hereby required to send written particulars of such claims to the undersigned Solicitors for the said Executors of the deceased on or before the 22nd day of October 1886 after which date the said Executors will distribute the assets of the deceased having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have received notice: Dated this 8th day of September 1886: BARLOW, SMITH AND PINSENT, 39 Waterloo-street Birmingham Solicitors for the said Executors.
