Father Prosecuting His son: On Wednesday, at the Kenilworth Divisional Sessions, Henry Prescott, an accountant, of Waterloo Street, Birmingham, appeared in answer to a summons charging him with making a false entry of marriage with Emily Florence Hands, in the register of marriages in Kenilworth, by signing the name of Henry walker, whereas his correct name was Henry Prescott. Mr. G.W. Prescott, of Birmingham, the father of the defendant had taken out the summons and conducted his own case, while the defendant was represented by Mr. Hugo Young … R. A.
