Rugby: At Paignton the home team and Totnes played a pointless draw. Keenly contested, the game was a good one, and very interesting to watch. Perhaps the homesters had a slight advantage on the play, but a draw was a most satisfactory conclusion for both teams. For Totnes, Adams, Pincent, Windeatt and Searle shone, while Horsham’s tackling for Paignton was very fine. Webber was a good back. Boles and Blake did some excellent footwork among the home forwards.
