DEVON AND CORNWALL SURVEYORS: At the annual meeting of the Devon and Cornwall Branch of the Surveyors’ Institution at the Rougemont Hotel, Exeter. Mr. J. H. F. Foster (Exmouth) was elected chairman for the ensuing year, with Mr. F. W. H. Pinsent (Plymouth) as vice-chairman. It was decided that the Spring meeting should be held at Exeter, and that invitations be extended to the President and Secretary of the Institution. Mr. J. G. Drew was congratulated on his appointment as a Justice of the Peace for Devon.
