Western Morning News: Wednesday 4th August 1886

Savery Pinsent, Deceased: Pursuant to the Statute 22 and 23 Victoria, chapter 35, notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any Claim or Demands against the estate of Savery Pinsent, late of Kingsteignton, in Devon, Gentleman, deceased (who died on 18th day of May 1886, and whose Will was on the 5th day of July 1886 duly proved a the District Registry at Exeter of the High Court of Justice Probate Division, by Thomas Horton, of No. 3, Tamar-terrace, Stoke Damerel in Devon, draper, the Executor named in the said will) are hereby required to send in their claims to us, the unsigned solicitors for the said Executor, on or before the 21st day of September next, after which date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testator amongst the parities entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which the said executor shall then have had notice, and that he will not be liable for the assets of the said testator, or any part thereof, to any person of whose debt, claim, or demand, he shall not then have had notice.
