South Wales Finance: New Companies: Guest, Keen and Piggotts, (Limited): Guest, Keen, and Piggotts (Limited), was registered as a private company on April 25, with a nominal capital of £40,000 in £1 shares (35,000 7 per cent. Cumulative preference). Objects: to adopt an agreement dated January 29th 1925 between Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds (Limited) and Thomas Piggott and Company (Limited), and to carry on the business of manufacturers and dealers in mains, pipes, conduit, poles wires, contains and vessels of all kings for conveying, transmitting, storing, measuring and other wise utilizing water, gas, oil, electricity or otherwise, manufacturers and drawers of tubes and pipes, boiler makers, iron masters etc. … (continues) … The above companies may only appoint directors so long as the directors of such companies or their nominees hold 2,000 ordinary shares.
