In the High Court of Justice Chancery Division: In the Matter of Baldwins Limited and In the Matter of the Companies (Consolidated) Act, 1908: … (Judge ordered meetings of shareholders) … By the Order the Court has appointed The Right Honourable Sir Robert Stevenson Horne, G.B.E., K.C., M.P., or failing him, Colonel John Beaumont Neilson, to act as Chairman of the said meetings and has directed the Chairman to report the result thereof to the Court. The said Scheme of Arrangement will be subject to the subsequent approval of the Court. Dated the 15th day of June 1928.
