Henry Naish, DECEASED: Pursuant the Statute 22 and 23 Vic cap 35 entituled “An Act to further amend the Law of Property and relieve Trustees “ Notice is Hereby Given that all Persons having any CLAIMS or DEMANDS upon or against the Estate of HENRY NAISH late of Holdenhurst Ashley Down the City and County of Bristol, Gentleman, deceased (who died the 23rd day December 1891 and whose Will was proved the Bristol District Registry of the Probate division Her Majesty’s High Court Justice on the 20th day of May 1892 by ELIZABETH MARY PINSENT NAISH widow of the deceased, ALFRED BRITTAN and HENRY GRACE the Executors therein named) are hereby required to send particulars of their Claims to undersigned or before the 15th day of November 1892 after which date the Executors will proceed distribute the Assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the Claims of which they shall then have had notice and they will not be liable for the Assets of the said deceased or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons whose Claim they shall not then have had notice.
