Rugby Football: Redruth v. Newton: This match is to take place at Redruth today, and is exciting and of immense interest. The first match resulted in a win for Newton by one goal only, and having defeated all the leading clubs of the West, a grand game is expected. Redruth will be represented by — Back, Easthorne; three-quarters, Phillips, Thomas, Viant, and Paull; halves, Hoden and Barnett; forwards. Woolf (captain), Pearse, Wasley, Pearse, Nancarrow, Michell, Winn and Pollard. Kick off 3.30. Newton sent the following team to Redruth today to meet the Cornish champions: — Pinsent, back: Greenfield, J. D. Donaldson, Pearse and Brooks; three quarters; Hobbs and C. L. Donaldson, halfbacks; Sellicks, Cosley, Baker, Bradbury, Curtis, Elliott, Hussey, and Burns, forwards.
