Cricket: Chudleigh v. South Devon (Newton): The match between these clubs came off on Thursday on the ground of the Chudleigh club. The weather was favourable, but the ground was not in very good condition. Chudleigh went in first and won by 37 runs. The small score of the South Devons may be attributed mainly to the excellent bowing on the Chudleigh side.
