The auctioneer in calling the attention of his friends and the public, begs respectfully to inform them that such a valuable lot of corn is rarely offered for public competition; the burdens heavy and the estate famed for kerning, the reed and straw may be carried off. 25 per cent. will be required at the close of the sale.
