Auctions: Torquay Devon: Small Leasehold Dwelling House for Sale: Mr. James Stooke is instructed by the Administratrix of the late Mrs. E. C. Grant to offer for sale by public auction, at the Country House Hotel, Ellacombe, Torquay, aforesaid, on Tuesday, 17th July 1900, at 4 pm, all those two pleasantly situated: Leasehold Dwelling Houses, with the gardens and appurtenances thereto belonging, known as Nos. 3 and 4, Rosemont, situate at the higher end of Market Street, Torquay, and now in the respective occupations of Messrs. Pinsent and Martin as monthly tenants. This property stands in a high and healthy position. The houses are stone built and slated and contain 3 bedrooms, front sitting room, kitchen, washhouse, coal cellar, larder spence, and w.c., with a small garden in front and drying ground at the rear. It is held on lease for a term of 99 years from September 29th, 1865, at the annual Ground Rent of £2 10s.
