Shows of Light Horses: Exeter: … The Bath and West Show has never been popular with the exhibitors of light horses, and notwithstanding the liberal prizes, the classes at the Exeter meeting this week were again meagrely supported … … The hackney’s were a disappointing collection. There was no entry in the broodmare class, and Mr. W. S. Pinsent’s Ferniehurst Lady Olivette, by Royal Danegelt, which won the Hackney Horse Society’s medal, was unopposed in the class for mares or geldings foaled before 1905.
