Mrs. Agnes Adeline Ryland of Chalford, Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, widow of the late Howard Proctor Ryland of Moxhull Park, Erdington, who died on the 18th of last month, appointed her son. Mr. Thomas Howard Ryland. J.P., of Moxhull Park, and Mr. Richard Alfred Pinsent, solicitor, the executors by whom the estate is returned at £10,815 gross and £10,671 net: By her will, dated December 29, 1905, with a codicil of May 1906, the testatrix leaves everything to her executors upon trust for her daughters, Millicent Mary and Gwyneth Howard, in equal shares, or the survivor of them. The codicil directs that her residence, together with the contents, shall be kept twelve months for the use of her said daughters.
