Birmingham Assizes: Action Against Sir Robert Peel: In the Nisi Prius Court, before Mr. Justice Collins on Monday, an action was brought by Arthur Piggott Jevon, horticultural engineers, Erdington to recover L. 635 from Sir Robert Peel, bart., of Drayton Manor, Tamworth.
