Cooper, M.A., Vicar of the Parish, Hume Chancellor Pinsent of Birmingham, youngest son of the late R. S. Pinsent, of Devonport, to Ellen Frances, the youngest daughter of the late Rev. Richard Parker, Rector of Claxby, Lincolnshire.
