Alleged Fraudulent Bankruptcy by a Bilston Baker: At the Bilston Police Court on Friday, before Mr. E. Dixon, William Hart, grocer, baker, and beer-seller, formerly trading at 45 Oxford Street, Bilston, was charged on remand with fraudulent bankruptcy. Mr. Darling, instructed by Messrs. Barlow, Smith and Pinsent, Birmingham prosecuted, on behalf of the Treasury, and Mr. Jukes, solicitor, Birmingham, defended … (discussion) … Prisoner was committed for trial at the Sessions, but was allowed bail – himself in £200 and two sureties of £100 each.
