Motor Cyclists Fined: Plympton magistrates, Major Strode presiding, yesterday fined James Richard Cummings 5s. for not having an efficient silencer; Arthur Douglas, Elston, 10s for a similar offence; William Thomas Tossell, of Plymouth, 20s for not having efficient brakes; and Leslie Samuel Pinsent of Plymouth, 20s for a like offence.
