The Amalgamation of Birmingham and Wolverhampton Banks: A special meeting of shareholders of the Birmingham Dudley, and District Bank (Limited) was held on Tuesday at the Grand Hotel, Birmingham, to approve of a conditional agreement for the amalgamation with the company of the business of the Wolverhampton and Staffordshire Banking Company.
