Our Wheat Supply: Discussion by Devon Farmers and Surveyors: At Exeter: “Our Wheat Supply” was the subject of an important discussion at the recent meeting of the Devon and Cornwall Provincial Committee of the Surveyors’ Institution at the Rougemont Hotel, Exeter. A large audience assembled, which fact clearly shows that light entertainments are welcome … list of performers … others who gave great satisfaction by their contributions were … Miss Phyllis Pinsent (dancer) … also … particular mention must be made … of the artistic dancing of pretty Miss Phyllis Pinsent, who charmed her audience with the “Spring Song” and a characteristic Russian dance, and the witty songs and character impersonations of Miss Phyllis Bateman.
