Cannock Chase Light Railway: At Wolverhampton, on Wednesday, the Hon. Gatherne Hardy, Colonel G. F. D. Boughey, R.E.C.S.I. and Mr. Henry Allan Steward, Light Railway Commissioners held an enquiry concerning an application by the London and North Western Railway Company for the transfer to them of the power conferred on the Wolverhampton and Cannock Chase Railway (Light Railway) Orders 1907 and 1910, for the construction of a new light railway between Wolverhampton and Cannock Chase. Mr. G. J. Talbot appeared for the London and Northwestern Railway Company; Mr. A. W. Carver for Cannock Rural District; Mr. H. Taylor for Mr. W. H. Fowler; Mr. G. L.
