The committee of the Devon County A.S.A. met at Teignmouth on Wednesday, Mr. F. Lear (president) occupied the chair. The hon. Secretary reported that F. Foot, M. Horswell, W. King, A. S. Syms, C. Wilson, F. Bevans, R. M. Pinsent, G. Foot and Rumbelow, all of Totnes, and W. J. Rogers of Buckfastleigh, were competitors in unregistered swimming matches held in connection with the Totnes Regatta.
