Philip Maurice Muntz Deceased: Pursuant to the Stature 22 and 23 Vict., chap. 35, Notice is hereby given that all persons having any claims against the estate of Philip Maurice Muntz, late of Malvern Lodge, Surbiton, in the county of Surrey, Merchant and Manufacturer (who died on the 9th day of January 1899, and who’s will, with three codicils thereto was approved in the Principal Registry  of the Probate Division of her Majesty’s High Court of Justice on the 15th day of March 1899, by Agnes Rundle Muntz, widow, the relict of the  said deceased, and one of the surviving executors named in the said will, and Richard Alfred Pinsent, the executor named in the first codicil, are hereby required to send written particulars of such claims to the undersigned solicitors for the said executors of the deceased, on or before the 27th day of May 1899, after  which date the said executors will distribute the assets of the deceased, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have received notice. Dated this 11th day of April 1899, Pinsent and Co. 6 Bennett’s Hill, Birmingham solicitors for he said Executors.
