The Coronation Celebrations in Chudleigh: … The Procession: The procession started from Coburg shortly after half-past twelve and proceeded through all the streets of the town. It was of fair proportions, and the different characters were very good. Towards the end of the procession the splendid band of the Ugbrooke Royal Rumfoozlers made their first appearance, and right well were they received. The band was organised by Mr. Searle and was headed by two grotesque banner bearers (Messrs. J. Nixon and A. Pinsent). All those taking part were in comic costumes.
