Devon and Cornwall Branch Meet at Plymouth: Members of the Devon and Cornwall branch of the Surveyors’ Institution had held their Spring meeting at the Duke of Cornwall Hotel, Plymouth. The president of the institution (Mr. J. H. Sabin), Surveyor to the Ecclesiastical Commissioners and the Secretary (Mr. A. Goddard, C.B.C.) both attended from London as guests. Mr. H. B.
