Glass Cookery: to Glass W.R.I., Mrs. Pinsent, president, welcomed Mrs. McPherson, Cairney, who gave an interesting demonstration on the cooking of a three-course dinner. Strawberry jam was judged by Mrs. McPherson and the winners were: 1, Mrs. Smith, 2, Mrs. Leith. The prizes were gifted by Mrs. Pinsent. Mrs. Burgess, Mrs. Duncan, Mrs. Robertson, and Miss Horne were hostesses. Recitations were given by Miss Janet Burgess.
