The will (dated 7th May 1890) with three codicils (dated July 14th, 1891, February 3, 1892, and October 20, 1898) of Mr. Philip Maurice Muntz, of Hook, Surbiton, son of the late P. H. Muntz, M.P., was proved on March 16th, by Mrs. Agnes Mundle Muntz, the widow and Richard Alfred Pinsent, two of the executors; the value of the estate being £17,045. The testator leaves all his property, on sundry trusts and conditions, for his wife and family.
