Re: George Roffey Deceased: Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Vict. C 35: Notice is Hereby Given that creditors and other persons having any debts, claims or demands against the Estate George Roffey late of The Grange, Merstham in the County of Surrey, Retired Corn Merchant, deceased (who died the – 23rd day of April 1921) and whose Will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty’s High Court of Justice on the 17th day of June by Roy Pinsent, Sir George Walter Roffey and Herbert Caffin, the Executors therein named are hereby required to send the particulars of their debts, claims or demands to us the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Executors, on or before the 12th day of August 1921 after which, date the said Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, haying regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notices and they will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased or any part thereof distributed to any person or persons whose debts claims or demands they not then have had notice.
