Amersham Hall School: At the recent Matriculation Examination of the University of London, five pupils passed from Amersham Hall, four of whom gained honours. To Mr. H. C. Pinsent, who heads the list, was awarded the first exhibition of £30 for two years; Mr. G. H. Fison, the prize of £10, as the fourth candidate; and Mr. E. C. Randall, the Gilchrist Scholarship of for three years, at University Hall, London, Ten awards have been made of this scholarship since its foundation, and of these eight have fallen to boys who have gone for examination from this school.
