Banquet to General Roca, Ex-President of the Argentine Republic: General Roca was President of the Argentine Republic from 1880-1886, and again from 1898 to 1904, and during his terms of office rendered very great services in developing the resources of the country and in establishing the peace and prosperity of the country on firm basis.
