Peterborough County Court: A sitting of the Court was held on Tuesday when the following cases were heard by his Honour (Judge Bagshaw, Q.C.): Alleged Illegal Seizure of a Horse: £50 Damages Claimed: John Wood, coal merchant, Peterborough v. Arthur Gouldthorpe, blacksmith, Peterborough. This was a claim for £50 for illegal seizure of a horse and damages for loss thereby.
