Crampton, son, and Clements … …  (includes) … … A freehold residence and grounds, known as “The Linden,” Chesterfield Road, together with three enclosures of grass land and eight cottages adjoining, having frontages to Chesterfield Road and Westfield Lane, was sold to Mr. W. J. Hutchinson for £5,300. The residence is at present used as the Mansfield Girls’ Club. Messrs. Pinsent and Co., Birmingham were the solicitors concerned. …
