The Primrose League: Brixham: The annual tea and entertainment by the members of this Habitation took place in the Market Hall. There was a very large attendance, presided over by the Rev. S. Sims. Lady Churston wrote regretting her inability to attend, as she was kept away by the celebration of the coming of age of her son. Mr. Mallock, M.P., was among those present and he gave an address on current political topics. He was accorded a hearty vote of thanks at the close: Messrs. C. B. Kay, J. H. Potter, W. Pinsent and others took part in a capital entertainment during the evening.
