Leicester District: A.O.F.: Visit of District Chief Ranger to Court “Belgrave.” Mr. C. E. Hudson, D.C.R., made an official visit to Court Belgrave at a meeting which was held at the National Schools last evening … (description of event) … Mr. Samuel Hudson, D.S. then presented the valuation report of the Court. He emphasized the remarks of the D.C.R. in regard to membership, and he hoped they would consider this point seriously so that at the next valuation period he would be able to report an increase. …  … Mr. A. Pinsent seconded, and Mr. Henry Davey, the secretary, in supporting, asked some rather important questions in regard to the valuation report presented by the official valuer.
