Leicester Evening Mail: Friday 3rd January 1913

Photography: It is the annual custom of the Leicester Photographic Society to forget for one night that it is composed of selfish photographers who shut themselves in stuffy dark rooms to devote its energies to entertaining the ladies at the Oriental Café. Last evening a very large number of members and lady friends assembled at the Cafe to listen to vocal music and enjoy a beautiful series of prize slides, very kindly lent by the Leto Photographic Company, and to participate in the usual refreshments.
