Glen Parva: Royal Army Temperance Association: this association, which was re-established at Glen Parva Barracks about a year ago, under the presidency of Major H. Stoney–Smith, commanding the Depot, has, under the able management of Corporal Stilwell, who was secretary in India for eight years, risen from an initial membership of four to a membership of 91 at the present time, and is now in a very flourishing condition. On Tuesday evening the certificates and medals were presented to the children who had been fortunate enough to earn them. The recipients were Winifred Grimley, Reggie Hunt, Geo. Jameson and Albert Warner. An excellent concert was at the same time given in the gymnasium, which was well filled.  Amongst those present were Major and Mrs. H. Stoney-Smith, Captain and Mrs. Bromfield and Lieut. and Quartermaster Clover and Mrs. Clover.
