Care of Feeble-Minded Children: Conference at Leicester: Under the auspices of the National Union of Women Workers, Leicester Branch, a conference was held in the Association Hall, Leicester this afternoon on the subject of the care of defective and feeble-minded children. … (continues) … Mrs. Hume Pinsent, of Birmingham, addressed the meeting.
