Oxford Street Adult School: On Sunday morning a musical programme was carried through, the collection going towards the Wycliffe Homes for the Blind. The chairman of the institution, Mr. E. Crew presided. Miss Doris Pinsent gave two recitals and Madame F. Earl Cairncross and Mr. T. Hanson rendered songs. The accompanist was Leicester’s blind pianist, Mr. Hy. Snowden, who also gave piano solos.
