Belgrave Road Grounds: The attendance at these grounds was scarcely up to the average last Saturday afternoon, when the bill of fare submitted consisted of the running off of the second round and final heat of Mr. G. Pincent’s 200 Yards Dog Handicap. All the twenty winners of heats turned up to contest the concluding trials, and some good racing was witnessed. Final heat: Percival’s Lue 1, Clarke’s Violet 2, Lacey’s Gip 3, Gilford’s Nigger 0. Won by two yards, half that distance separating second and third. D. Muddimer was referee, W. Chamberlain pistol firer, and G. Pincent marksman.
