Miss Mary Proctor Ryland of the Redlands, Erdington, Warwick, who died on November 2nd last, daughter of Mr. T. Ryland, of the Redlands has left property valued at £23,802 16s 10d. Miss Ryland bequeathed £10,000 in trust for her niece, G. J. R. Gell, and her children: £1,000 to her father, or. in the event of his death in her lifetime, then to her brother Howard. She left her jewellery and personal effects to her sister, Laura Pinsent, and she bequeathed £300 to her said niece, Gertrude Gell; £500 each to her nieces. Millicent, Mary, and Dorothy Helen, and Gwyneth Howard Ryland: £100 each to her four godchildren. She left the residue of her property in trust in equal shares for her nieces, Edith and Maud Roffey, Constance and Mabel Gardner, Beatrice Caffin, Ethel Hopkins, Mary Benet and the children of her said niece, Gertrude J. R. Gell.
