Will of Miss M. P. Ryland: Miss Mary Proctor Ryland, of the Redlands, Erdington, who died on the 2nd November last, daughter of Mr. Thomas Ryland, of Redlands, has left property which has been valued at £23,802 by her brother, Mr. Howard Proctor Ryland, of Moxhull Park, Erdington, and Mr. Richard Alfred Pinsent, of 6, Bennett’s Hill, to whom probate of her will of the 19th July, 19J1, with three codicils, has been granted. Miss Ryland bequeathed £10,000 in trust fur her niece, Gertrude Jennie Ryland Gell, and her children; £1,000 to her father, or, in the event of his death in her lifetime, then to her said brother Howard. She left her jewellery and personal effects to her sister, Laura Proctor Pinsent, and she bequeathed £300 to her said niece, Gertrude Gell; £500 each to her nieces, Millicent Mary and Dorothy Helen, and Gwyneth Howard Ryland; £100 each to her four Godchildren. She left the residue of her property in trust in equal shares for her nieces, Edith and Maud Roffey, Constance and Mabel Gardner, Beatrice Caffin, Ethel Hopkins, Mary Ryland Benet, and the children of her said niece, Gertrude Jennie Ryland Gell.
