SOUTHAMPTON BOROUGH QUARTER SESSIONS: These sessions were held at the Guildhall on Monday morning, before Mr. Montagu Bere, the recorder. The Sheriff (Mr. S. M. Emanuel), accompanied by his chaplain (the Rev. Dr. Bradshaw) were also present, and Colonel Tryon and Alderman Palk, magistrates, occupied seats on the bench.
