Alleged Arson in Gloucester: Charge Against Ramsey and Turner: William Henry Ramsey (17), and Charles Turner (18), labourers, were indicted for that they, on March 23rd at Gloucester did maliciously set fire to stack of wood, the property of Messrs. Price, Walker, and Co. Ltd.  Mr. C. F. Vachell, K.C., and Mr. Milward (instructed by Messrs. Pinsent and Co., Birmingham) prosecuted. …
