JOHN BALL PINSENT, the Deceased: PURSUANT to the statute 22 and 23 Victoria, Chapter 35, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Creditors and other persons having any Claims or Demands against the estate of JOHN BALL PINSENT, the Younger, late of West Holt, Powderham Road, Newton Abbot, Devon, Wine Merchant, (who died on the 15th day of December, 1890, and whose Will was, the 2nd day of February, 1891, duly proved in the Exeter District Registry of Her Majesty’s High of Justice, Probate Division, by Arthur Stephen Rendell, of Newton Abbot, Auctioneer, and George Perkins Henry Rowell, of Teignmouth De von, Wine Merchant, the Executors named in the said Will are hereby required to send in their Claims to us, the undersigned, Solicitors for the said Executors, on or before the 5th day of May next, after which date the said Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Testator amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the Claims and Demands of which the said Executors shall then have had notice, and that they will not be liable for the assets of the said Testator, or any part thereof, to any person of whose Debt, Claim, or Demand they shall not then have bad notice: Dated this 20th day March, 1891: FRANCIS, BAKER, & WATTS, Newton Abbot, Devon, Solicitors for the said Executors.
