Exeter and Plymouth Gazette: Thursday 13th December 1894

The annual amateur concerts to provide Christmas dinners for the poor of Teignmouth took place in Miss C.E. Linter’s Music Rooms yesterday afternoon and evening. Among those who took part were Miss C.E. Linter, Miss Harris, Miss Martin, Miss Mear, Miss Browne, Miss Dyer, Miss Pearse, Miss Hughes, Miss Pinsent, Mrs. Harris, the Rev. T. F. Daffen, Mr. S. Harris, Mr. Stayner and the choirboys of St. Michael’s Church.
