WARE BARTON, KINGSTEIGNTON: Desirable Pastureland at Ware and Marshes on the Kingsteignton-road between Kingsteignton and Newton Abbot. RENDELL & SYMONS have been instructed by Mr. Gilbert Pinsent to SELL by AUCTION, at Ware, on Friday, October 15th, 1886, at Three p.m., the GRASS on 86 Acres, to be grazed till February 1st next. These lands have been unstocked for some considerable time, and there is now a lot of grass in them which will afford splendid grazing for sheep, bullocks, and colts up February 1st next. To view, apply on the day previous to or on the morning of the sale at the farmhouse. A man will also attend at Kingsteignton-road on the day of sale from 10 a.m. to show the lots there. A deposit of 10 per cent., will be required. September 29th, 1886.
