County Ball: The Annual Assembly took place on Thursday night, at Mr. Bracewell’s Globe Hotel, and was largely and fashionably attended by most of the leading families of the neighbourhood. The ballroom was tastefully decorated with flags, hung in festoons from the ceiling, and the approaches were also decorated with flags, evergreens and flowers.
