Moreton Licenses Refused: Three Cases: At this week’s meeting of the Devon Licensing Committee the “Punch Bowl Inn,” Moretonhampstead, licensed to Mr. C. Loran, and owned by Mr. W. S. Pinsent, brewer, Newton Abbot was refused the renewal of an alehouse license. Mr. W. H. Tarbet did not contest the case.
